Returns

We want you to love your Feeky piece.

If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• With original packaging and tags (if applicable)
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to start a return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@feekystore.com with your order details.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and the shipping address.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & issues

Please check your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve it quickly for you.

We’ll always do our best to make it right.

Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products (if applicable)

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original order first (if eligible), then place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
